First established in 2006, we have over 18 years experience in Sash Window restoration & creation in residential, commercial, conservation areas & listed buildings. From minor fixes to major overhauls, every product we supply & install is hand built by our in house team. We take pride in understanding the unique needs of every client and delivering results that exceed expectations.
Some of the more prestigious jobs have included one of Christopher Wren’s properties located next to the Globe Theatre on Bankside in SE1 and the Philippine Embassy in Suffolk Street, W1.

SM Sashes recently completely renovated my very old sash windows. The windows rattled and were draughty. I’d made small wooden pegs and had them wedged to stop the rattling but that didn’t stop the draught!! They’ve now been completely refurbished and draught proofed!
