Removing and modifying sashes by easing, adjusting and realigning them.

It is necessary to remove “Barrel Locks” where they occur in the mid rail as they invariably interfere with placing the single seal carrier into the rear of the rail and rarely realign once the sashes are balanced properly.

Cutting the appropriate special grooves for single seal carriers into bottom sash meeting rail and bottom rail, and fitting carriers plus weatherfin pile seal of appropriate height.

Removing casements/doors from frame and modifying by easing and adjusting them as necessary, cutting a special groove for single seal carriers into edges of casements/doors and fitting carriers plus weatherfin seal of appropriate height.
